In an effort to provide additional resources for leaders to track and respond to absenteeism trends, there are five reports available in Panorama Student Success for Iowa. These reports are not directly related to the Chronic Absenteeism calculations that are part of the Iowa School Performance Profile, they are simply tools to assist with monitoring absenteeism and evaluating attendance program effectiveness. The five reports are listed under "In this article" to the right.
This article is intended to provide an overview of what is available in Student Success. Additional details about navigating and using the reports are available in the links with each summary.
Attendance on the Overview Report (district, school & student)
Attendance on the Overview Report is represented by an attendance indicator that looks at the school-year-to-date absence (half and full days) data. It supports early identification of problem areas and needs at all levels of the system, including individual students who may need intervention. Use the indicator as an early warning to prompt further examination of data using the other attendance reports available in Student Success.

This particular report does not include chronic absenteeism calculations.
