Users will be able to log sessions and specific minutes when logging updates on an intervention plan
In order to set up an intervention plan to use session attendance and minutes tracking, the plan must have a “schedule” when it’s set up. If you add a “Session frequency” in addition to a “Session duration” you will be able to log both session attendance as well as a specific number of minutes for each attended session.
Once a plan is configured with a session frequency and session duration, you can log sessions and/or minutes on the plan via the “Update Progress” action. If “Performed” is selected you will be able to log intervention sessions by clicking the “+ Add session” button.
You can continue to click “Add session” to log as many sessions as you’d like within the given progress update. Once you add a session you will be able to select the date of the session and indicate whether the student attended or missed the particular session. If there is a “session duration” configured for the plan, in addition to the “session frequency” you will also be able to log minutes for any sessions marked as “attended”. For sessions marked as “missed” you will not have the option to log minutes.
After logging sessions or minutes in a progress update, you will see the sessions populated in the timeline of the plan details, and you will see a total populate at the top of the plan that will show the total minutes logged out of planned minutes for plans with minutes tracking. For plans that are only tracking session attendance and do not have any minutes the progress bar will show the total number of “attended” sessions out of the total number of planned sessions.
