- Identify strategies to encourage parent participation.

One to two weeks prior to Survey administration |
- Notify parents of all students in preschool to grade 12 of the upcoming opportunity to participate in the Survey.
- Schools may use some or all of the communication template letter provided in this Information Packet.

On or after April 1

- Share the Survey link and instructions with parents via email or parent portal using the provided PDF.
- A version is also available in Spanish.
- At least one reminder to parents is recommended prior to the close of the Survey window to ensure all have received the opportunity to participate.

Note: Please do not post the Survey links directly on your school website or otherwise make it publicly available, as it is then available to Google and other search engines. Sending through a school portal or by email is a more secure option.
