Panorama is putting in a security step to make sure nobody else is able to hack your account during the transition to using Okta credentials for the EdPortal. Below is the process that you will complete when you access Panorama Student Success via the EdPortal the first time on/after April 7th. These extra steps are a one-time process.
When you click on MTSS>Panorama Student Success in EdPortal, the message below will appear on the screen. Check your email, as directed.
Within a few moments you should have an email from noreply+ia@panoramaed.com that looks like this. If you don’t see an email after a minute or so, check your spam and junk mail folders. Click the link in the email.
You will be redirected to a confirmation page that looks like this. Do not use the "Iowa Okta single sign on provider link on this confirmation page to get back to EdPortal. Go back to the EdPortal page instead.
Once you get back to the EdPortal site, you may need to click the Sign In button again. Then select MTSS> Panorama Student Success. There may be a delay the first time the Panorama page loads after the transition.
Effective April 7th, the Iowa Education Portal has transition from use of Enterprise A&A to Okta for secure login.
If you had access to EdPortal but have not created your Okta account, it's not too late! Just follow these instructions for creating an Okta account. As long as the email you use to set up your Okta account matches the email in your existing EdPortal account, you should be able connect to your existing EdPortal account with all of your applications and permissions.

Logging into EdPortal with your Okta credentials
- Go to https://portal.ed.iowa.gov
- Click Sign In on the blue bar
- Enter your email address, which is your Okta username and click Next. Do NOT enter your previous username ending in @IowaID.
- Enter your Okta password and click Verify
- Follow additional instructions on screen to complete verification - this will depend upon which authentication methods are selected in your Okta account.
- Once logged in, select the building name in the upper right corner (required for the proper links to populate). District Managers may select the district name.
- Hover over MTSS on the menu bar to display the link to Panorama Student Success and/or FastBridge.
2025-2026 Screening Windows Announced
Fall and Winter window length will be five weeks long. The Spring window is 6 weeks to accommodate the highly varied school year end dates across the state.
